Reverse Mortgages are an enticing option for struggling homeowners’ who find the expenses exceed their income, need home repairs, or simply want some extra cash. While the Department of Aging & Human Services does not endorse any particular lender, we do encourage individuals who are considering a reverse mortgage to educate themselves prior to taking out this type of loan.
